Why it is safe to install
It cannot quietly change your site.
The objection to letting an AI near a live website is obvious and correct. AdminAI is built so that objection does not apply.
Revert
Undo the last change.
Every approved change is logged with what it touched and what the value was before. One click puts it back. Approving something is not a one-way door.
Read-only mode
Or switch writes off entirely.
A single toggle makes AdminAI advisory only. Useful while you build trust in it, and useful permanently on a client site where only your team should be making changes.
Data residency
Your customers' data stays in the UK.
This is the part most WordPress AI plugins do not mention. To answer a question about your orders, an assistant has to send some of your data to a model. If that model is in the United States, you have made a restricted transfer under UK GDPR — and since February 2026 that requires a transfer risk assessment before you may rely on the safeguards.
AdminAI routes through dijitul.ai instead. On a UK-tier key, inference runs in AWS Europe (London) and nowhere else, so no international transfer happens at all.
- Customer names, emails, phone numbers and addresses are detected and replaced before anything leaves your server
- The model sees «CUSTOMER_1», you see the real name in the answer
- Prompts are not stored, and are never used to train a model
- A processing agreement with a UK company, not a click-through with a US corporation

The plugin shows your live usage inside WordPress, so nobody has to guess how much is left. If you run several client sites, an agency account issues a separate key per site and reports usage per key — which makes rebilling straightforward.

Some security plugins disable WordPress application passwords, which AdminAI needs if you manage it from outside the site. We will check that with you during setup.
